CM acknowledges that they have
all necessary rights and authorizations needed
for any content, images or videos CM submits
for any service or special promotion offered
by MiD or its associates.
CM will not reproduce or use
any web content or MiD logos without the written
permission of the publisher. Any logos or quotes
given to MiD to post on the MiD website may
be used in promotional ads and advertisements.
By reading this and reviewing
the MiD website you declare under penalty and
under the laws of the state of Virginia and
under the laws of the state in which I reside
in that I understand and agree with the information
provided on this page.
No Guarantees: Please be advised
that MiD does not guarantee the outcome of any
of the services rendered by MiD on CM behalf.
For obvious reasons, MiD cannot guarantee your
personal or business success through obtaining
or participating in any service offered by MiD.
Once payments are received no refunds will be
granted.

Errors & Downtime: CM agrees that he/she
shall defend, indemnify, save and hold MiD harmless
from any and all demands, liabilities, losses,
costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s
fees, asserted against MiD, its officers, affiliates
and employees, that may arise or result from
any delays, malfunctions, or downtime that may
occur with any program, website, web ad, email
services, graphics, applications or operating
systems provided by MiD.
