4. What is the history of your restaurant, its food, chef

this information to be distributed? For example, TV, online,
print, or social networking.
6. Has your restaurant ever received professional food
review coverage?
7. What is the requested timeline or deadline?
8. Are there any pre-approved pictures that can be used
in the interview?
9. What would be the best time to tape at your restaurant
if approved?
10. If your review is approved are your attaching any
additional promotion options from HRL to promote your
review further?
